Terms of Service
Section 1: Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShipClips at shipclips.pro you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free users, Pro subscribers, and visitors.
Section 2: Description of Service
ShipClips is an AI-powered stream clipping tool that allows content creators to:
• Upload stream recordings or provide VOD links
• Automatically transcribe and analyze content using AI
• Generate clip selections, captions, and hashtags
• Cut and download video clips
• Post clips directly to connected social media platforms
URL paste processing supports streams up to 45 minutes in length. For streams between 45 and 90 minutes, users may download their VOD and upload it directly via drag and drop. Streams and files exceeding 90 minutes in length or 1.5GB in file size are not currently supported.
ShipClips is optimized for front-facing talking video content including IRL streams, podcasts, gaming commentary, and reaction videos. AI clip selection performs best when the video contains clear speech and conversation. Videos consisting primarily of music, gameplay without commentary, or ambient sound may return limited or no clip suggestions.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and a paid Pro plan at $39 per month.
Section 3: Account Registration
To use ShipClips you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ShipClips.
Section 4: Subscription and Billing
The free plan provides 3 lifetime clips with a ShipClips watermark. No payment information is required.
The Pro plan is $39.00 per month billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.
Section 5: Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ShipClips to:
• Upload content you do not own or have rights to process
• Process content that violates any third-party platform's terms of service
• Upload illegal content including content that infringes copyright, contains hate speech, depicts violence, or exploits minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than creating and posting your own content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
• Automate use of the Service beyond its intended functionality
Section 6: Your Content and Ownership
You own your content. ShipClips does not claim ownership of any video content you upload or clips generated from your content.
License to process. By uploading content to ShipClips you grant us a limited, temporary license to process, transcribe, analyze, and clip that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license expires when your files are deleted from our servers.
Processed clips are stored securely for 30 days after creation. Download your clips within 30 days of processing. Source video files are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to upload and process content through ShipClips. You are responsible for ensuring content you post to social media platforms complies with those platforms' terms of service.
Section 7: Social Media Integrations
When you connect a social media account to ShipClips:
• You authorize ShipClips to post content to that platform on your behalf
• You confirm you have the right to post the content being uploaded
• You understand that once content is posted to a social media platform it is subject to that platform's terms and policies
• ShipClips is not responsible for content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms
• You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your Settings page
Section 8: AI-Generated Content
ShipClips uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, hashtags, clip selections, and other content suggestions. You acknowledge that:
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before posting
• ShipClips does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content is a suggestion only — you retain full editorial control
Section 9: Intellectual Property
The ShipClips name, logo, website design, and software are owned by ShipClips and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Section 10: Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to ShipClips. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. Video processing times vary based on stream length and server demand. ShipClips processes streams sequentially and longer content may take additional time to complete.
Section 11: Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any activity that harms other users or the Service
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@shipclips.pro. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Section 12: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law ShipClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of ShipClips shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Section 13: Disclaimer of Warranties
SHIPCLIPS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• WARRANTIES THAT CLIPS, CAPTIONS, OR HASHTAGS WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
• WARRANTIES REGARDING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AVAILABILITY OR API ACCESS
YOUR USE OF SHIPCLIPS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT INCLUDING CLIP SELECTIONS, CAPTIONS, HOOKS, AND HASHTAGS ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY. SHIPCLIPS MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR EFFECTIVE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE CASE.
SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED AS A CONVENIENCE. SHIPCLIPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT MODERATION, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR ANY OTHER ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS IN RESPONSE TO CONTENT YOU POST.
VIDEO PROCESSING AND AI ANALYSIS RESULTS MAY VARY. VIRALITY SCORES AND CONTENT RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON AI ANALYSIS AND DO NOT GUARANTEE PERFORMANCE.
Section 14: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ShipClips harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Section 15: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
Section 16: Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
